Saturday Events

Bingo

7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Fire Department

Cards are 10¢ each or 3 for 25¢.  Bring that extra loose change you have lying around and have some fun!  There are plenty of prizes to raffle off.   They will also sell the traditional sausage sandwiches, snacks, and pop for your enjoyment. Proceeds from Bingo will be used to purchase equipment for the Fire Department. For additional information, please contact the Fire Department at (937) 766-5851.

 

Cake Walk

2:00 p.m. Shelter House

Planned by the Cedarville Church of the Nazarene.

 

Corn Hole Tournament

2:00 p.m. Tennis Courts

Entry fee is $5/person, $10/team.

Registration will begin one hour prior to each tournament.

 

Dance

7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Shelter House

DJ: Terry & Lisa Entler.

 

Dog Show

4:00 p.m. Shelter House

Free.

 

Fishing Derby

9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for ages 13-16

10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. for ages 10 to 12

12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. for ages 5 to 9

This event will take place on both sides of Massie Creek. Registration is $1.00 and starts at 8:30 a.m. All participants must provide their own bait, fishing poles, and tackle. A limited supply of cane poles may be available. All participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or an adult.  A fishing license is not required during this event.  Prizes will be awarded.

 

Kids Games

1:00 p.m. Gazebo

Sponsored by Cedarville Learning Center

There will be a series of games for the preschool and elementary age groups with prizes.

 

Little Miss and Mr. Cedarfest Competition

9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Shelter House

Participants must be between the ages of 5 and 9, and must reside in the Cedar Cliff School District to participate.

 

Pancake Breakfast

7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Fire Dept

Come and enjoy the All You Can Eat Pancake Breakfast.

The menu consists of eggs, sausage, pancakes, home fries, juice, and coffee.

Cost: Adults $5.00; Seniors and kids under 12 $3.50; and kids under 5 eat free.  Proceeds for this event go towards the purchase of equipment for the Fire Department.

Rides

11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Busy Bouncing will be providing inflatable bouncers.

Cost: $2 for 3 minute tickets and $10 for an all day wrist band. There will be a different color wristband each day.

 

Texas Hold'em Tournament

6:00 p.m. American Legion

The entry fee is $10.00 per person.  Half of the entry fee will be awarded to one winner each evening; the other half will go towards fireworks.

The Cedarville Area Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Cedarville cordially invite you to
